Please use the app on your phone to delete your account, or email our support team [email protected].
Within the app from your Profile page, you can request full account deletion.

When you create an account with SipNTell, we retain in our internal database:
  • Your name
  • Email Address (or private relay for Apple)
  • Age / age-range

    • (optional, user-supplied)
  • Gender
  • Venmo/Instagram account Id's (for us to pay you)
  • Profile Picture
  • Location (on dashboard, to show distance to facility; not stored on server)
When you delete your account, your profile and personal information is deleted.
We retain:
  • An obfuscated anonymous identifier in place of your account.
  • Your completed submissions (anonymous)
